Delete your account

In the app, open Profile → Delete Account. Your profile, conversations and notes are deleted, normally within minutes. If you can't sign in any more, email us from the address or phone number on the account and we'll delete it for you.

Block or report someone

Open your conversation with them and tap ⋯ in the top corner. To report one note, press and hold it. We aim to review every report within 24 hours. Blocked people can't send you notes and won't be notified.

Notifications

Turn them off in Profile → Notifications, or mute one person from the ⋯ menu in your conversation. If nothing arrives at all, check that notifications are allowed for Lovetap in your phone's Settings.

Finding friends

Lovetap matches the phone numbers in your contacts with people's profiles. Someone who signed in with Apple or Google can add a phone number in their profile so friends can find them.
